Eszter’s background in non-profit management and operations brings expertise to Fairmount in organizational development, program design and board development. Eszter enjoys helping clients to identify and define strategic goals. She thrives on piecing puzzles together when presented with complex organizational challenges and her mind doesn’t rest until she can provide effective solutions. Eszter is an avid learner, always curious to understand a client’s environment and the motivation of its stakeholders.
Before joining Fairmount, Eszter was the senior advisor and chief of staff to the CEO of Philabundance. At Philabundance, she was also a lead manager responsible for launching the nation’s first non-profit grocery store, Fare & Square, addressing food inequality and food access in urban food deserts.
Originally from Budapest, Eszter earned her JD from the University of Eotvos Lorand, Hungary and her LLM from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Eszter was instrumental in the creation of Feeding Pennsylvania, the association of Pennsylvania food banks and served as its board secretary. Currently, she serves as the secretary of the board at Child’s World America.
At home, Eszter likes to entertain where she can show off both the masterful cooking skills of her partner and her arguably perfect children. She travels to the Old World regularly to visit her family and friends. firstname.lastname@example.org
