hurricaneMolly Botnick

Molly is dedicated to helping nonprofits pursue social justice and serve their communities more effectively. Her background in social work and direct service brings a ground level perspective of the issues facing underserved Philadelphians and the current climate of the non-profit community.

Before Fairmount, Molly worked as a Family Empowerment Case Manager at Congreso where she provided supports to families in North Philadelphia. She is also a City Year alumna and served at Frankford High School, where she worked as a tutor and mentor to 9th graders.

Molly earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies at Kenyon College, where she discovered her passion for writing and engaging in thoughtful dialogue about the world’s greatest challenges. It is this curiosity and passion that drives Molly to serve Philadelphia through her diligent and thoughtful problem solving at Fairmount.

In her free time Molly loves to try new restaurants, play with friendly dogs, and spend time with her family and friends.
