Aria Auerbach brings a focus on progress and productivity to her resource development and strategy work at Fairmount Ventures. A newly-minted MBA, Aria leverages a business perspective and expertise in international relations in her client work, focusing on the power of careful planning and strong organization to evaluate and achieve clients’ resource development goals.
Aria has formidable experience managing, researching, and identifying prospective nonprofit donors, and brings a critical eye and nimble work style to the competing priorities and fast pace of fundraising work. She excels at developing strategies to streamline internal systems, and expertly identifies opportunities for improved efficiencies for her clients. She enjoys working both independently and in teams, and believes in a healthy dose of positivity and fun in the office. She brings a sunny disposition and get-it-done attitude to her portfolio of clients.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Aria began her career working in the fundraising department of social justice organization Repair the World, where she raised funds to create volunteer opportunities for young adults. Aria then spent several years in Special Events at NYU Langone Medical Center, helping plan and execute annual fundraising galas. Aria came to Philadelphia for graduate school and then stayed to pursue a career in consulting.
