To make the world a better place, we have to know how to get things done in meaningful and strategic ways. As an MBA, Aria Auerbach leverages a business perspective and process-oriented approach to problem solving, focusing on the power of careful planning and strong organization to evaluate and achieve clients’ success. Aria’s work at Fairmount supports clients on a range of projects: facilitating discussions about making programs more mission-centric, writing strategic plans that position organizations for growth in an ever-changing environment, developing staffing structures and organizational charts as nonprofits grow their capacity, and managing the search for an organization’s next executive.
Building on her formidable experience in donor relations and special events, Aria has a natural aptitude for people and relationships and uses her fundraising expertise to help clients build, navigate, and strengthen their core constituencies. With a passion for travel, food, and international cultures, Aria understands that engaging diverse perspectives is the critical ingredient to our shared triumph, as a society.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Aria began her career working at a social justice organization, Repair the World, where she raised funds to create volunteer opportunities for young adults. Aria then spent several years in Special Events at NYU Langone Medical Center, helping plan and execute annual fundraising galas. Aria came to Philadelphia for graduate school and stayed to pursue a career in consulting.
